I know the unique challenges and demands placed on us leaders.
Over the past 30 years, I've paid my dues from the bottom up in a variety of settings, from supervising roofing crews to teaching Bible classes, from coaching high school sports to corporate middle management. I founded my Executive Coaching and Consulting practice 8 years ago from the desire to share the leadership gold I've mined!
I have real solutions for real problems.
I know how to build a foundation of great leadership. And it's never alone.
All too often we operate in a state of high responsibility and low resource.
We get depleted and overwhelmed; sometimes we want to give up, we wonder how we can keep going. Is it even worth it?
I know burnout from the inside out, and I know recovery and resilience.
None of us can achieve anything great on our own. Partnership with the right people - sometimes the right coach - can be the difference between years of stagnation and a leadership journey that is healthy, growing, and more satisfying than you could have thought possible.
Ever since I was a young child, I've been fascinated with what motivates people. My constant curiosity has driven my lifelong learning. I was thrilled to obtain a Masters Degree in Executive Coaching and Consulting from the Townsend Leadership Institute at Concordia-Irvine. I also proudly the ACC - certification with the ICF-International Coaching Federation.
With growth comes joy, and it would be my honor to meet you and hear your story, and help you any way I can to succeed in your leadership journey.
People often ask me to help understand the difference between Coaching, Consulting, and Mentoring.
I have training and experience in all three disciplines, and they have enormous value in the right situations.
In practice, they can overlap when needed, so what is it that makes Coaching unique?
People hire Coaches like me for a variety of personal and professional reasons, including to:
Accelerate growth in performance
Overcome isolation and depletion
Prepare for a promotion - Increase influence
Acclimate to a new leadership position
Resolve difficult conflicts or interpersonal situations
Target obstacles to growth and get unstuck from bad patterns
Build resilience and better stress management tools
Navigate transitions and discover new purpose
A professional coaching relationship provides a unique space to grow that leaders often cannot find anywhere else. Coaching is a co-creative process, where we work together to help you find the support and structure you need to discover your true Needs and Goals, and take meaningful action that results in real transformative change!
Peter provided guidelines for the time we had together by seeking out what was most important to me and by gathering input from co-workers and friends who knew me best. This proved to be extremely effective in focusing our time on what would benefit me and improve me the most. Peter’s quiet and gentle way of leading me to the realizations I came to were amazing and, at one point, I commented on how he had a knack for asking the right questions because he listened and really cared about what I was saying.
Peter is truly gifted by God to do this. There are not many people I have come across who could be as effective as he is in helping other people in their lives and careers. His demeanor is loving, caring, and mentoring. I am truly blessed to know him and to have had this opportunity.

I am deeply grateful for the last year and a half of coaching with Peter and for the tools and wisdom I've gained through it. I've learned to advocate for myself with confidence, navigate challenging relationships with kindness and purpose, determine what's actually most important and prioritize those things, set boundaries unapologetically and walk away at the end of the day, equip, empower and trust others to do their part and not carry the weight (and burden) of everything alone, and remember that is both appropriate and ok to think about myself and ask, what do I need.
I'm committed to continuing to learn and grow in and through all circumstances, while fostering a balance that prioritizes both my well-being and the success of those around me.
Thank you, Peter. You're a gift!

Being part of the group coaching experience was incredibly meaningful, not only because of the content and structure, but because of the heart and wisdom you brought into the space. I felt encouraged, challenged, and genuinely seen throughout the journey. Your leadership created an atmosphere where it felt safe to show up honestly, and that’s a gift I won’t forget.
Thank you for encouraging me to keep leaning into vulnerability and to continue building my Life Team, your words are a timely and valuable reminder. I know this is a long process, but I’m grateful to be on the path.
I’m proud to have completed the program, and I’ve already seen its impact ripple into different areas of my life. I’ll certainly continue sharing about it, not just the tools I’ve gained, but the transformation it sparked. Especially with my interactions with other leaders in this group who I never got the opportunity to really get to know until your training class. ”
